LOT 39: Shops at College Park & UTA Bookstore (Customer-only 4-Hour Limit) ($4/Hour, or Free 2-Hour Parking With Validation) Maverick Parking Garage ($4/Hour $14/Day) UTA offers three visitor sections of campus which are conveniently located on the West, Central, and East sides of campus. Meters are free on weekends excluding event lots when cash parking is occurring. Vehicles are not allowed to remain past the maximum time period indicated. Visitor parking can be paid for by the Honk Mobile app available for free in Google Play or iTunes. In order to provide equitable access, metered spaces are enforced from 7 a.m. Most machines accept credit cards and coins however, there are several that accept coins only. There are several areas on campus that provide short-term metered parking. All other visitor locations provide pay-on-site and/or pay-by-phone options. The only parking option that requires pre-payment is if you plan to purchase a daily permit to park in a student parking lot- and we don't recommend this because your walk into campus will be much further.
